After entering a beautiful mirror with decorations on the sides, its frame was surrounded with cards, heart, spade, clover, and diamond, with the very top having Heartslabyul’s dorm signature. Card guard spears behind it, mushrooms on the side, and red lantern lights on the side. Chara, Ace, Deuce, and Grim each enter the mirror to see the Heartslabyul dorm. What Chara saw blew her mind, The dorm looked like a a giant red and white castle, hearts decorating each part, windows, doorway entrances, even a heart around a water fountain in the center and heart shaped rosebush trees on the pathway toward the center of the dorm. Chara was wide eyed “Wow…” Grim went wide eyed, “This is gorgeous! It couldn’t be more different from ours!” Chara nodded in agreement, “It feels like a royal palace alright!” ‘Very well suited for the Queen of Heart’s dorm’ she noted “S-still, Ours is in development!” she added trying to not make their dorm seem like a miserable place, even with the chaos going

The team of four returned to the mine, Grim next to Chara saying, “Chara, you really think it’ll go as planned? The woods were dark from the night sky, an old abandoned cottage laid before them, the dwarfs cottage that was boarded up and seemingly abandoned. Chara was walking home already hearing about processing losing two of her mentors and friends now dead, before hearing the message alert on her phone. she picked it up... and what she read broke the last bit of emotional strength she had at the moment and began to cry... the magi she felt closest to was dead... She couldn't process all this, she needed to talk to someone. She then looked at her phone and remembered Mr. Carlos's number. She debated on actually calling him, but she knew that a call would prove how much more urgent she needed to talk to someone. so she called seeming on the verge of tears using all her emotional strength to try and not start sobbing right then and there, but it would be heard in her voice that what she had to say wasn't a good thing... Carlos had been feeling... off, all day. Maybe even for the past couple of days. He'd been trying to distract himself from that weird, unpleasant thought with trying to make up some nonsense songs to use for his classes
